Upon successful verification of your claim, you will receive a notification via email or phone confirming the approval of your claim. This notification will include the next steps you need to take to proceed with the prize acceptance process. As part of this process, we require you to sign a Prize Acceptance Agreement, which outlines the terms and conditions of the ImpactAid program and your commitment to utilizing a portion of the prize for charitable causes or initiating your own philanthropic projects. Your acceptance of the prize signifies your dedication to creating a positive impact on communities and aligns with the core values of ImpactAid.

If your claim is approved, you have the option to receive cash payment for prizes up to £5,000. For prize amounts exceeding £50,000, you have two options: an in-person claim with a cheque issued, or a bank transfer to a UK bank account in the name of the winner. Please note that the bank transfer option is only available for UK bank accounts. If you choose cheque delivery during the prize claim process, we will work closely with you to arrange a secure and reliable delivery of your prize to your designated address.
